"Registrant Verification FAQs" in Domain Service - comment added by domain

That's what I'm trying to explain, it's not the same "fname/lname/email address combination", because we updated the email address to a new, completely different one. No other action was taken after we updated the email address, yet somehow the status is "verified". On every other occasion where we updated a domain's contact email address, it required that a) we resend the verification email to the Registrant and b) the Registrant got the email, clicked the link, and completed the verification process. However this time, neither a) nor b) were required/possible/done.
